• Photos you upload: processed for 3D generation and deleted within 24 hours unless you explicitly save the resulting model.
• Usage data: features used, generation history, and basic device information.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, support replies).
• Perform anonymized analytics to improve product quality.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following third-party processors, strictly for service operation:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• fal.ai — 3D model generation (photos and models are sent to their API).
• Google Gemini — image stylization (photos are sent to their API).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours of processing.
• Generated models: stored until you delete them or your account is deleted.
• Account data: retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
